Download and run Allsignal_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe. Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt for unrecognised software. Click "More info" then "Run anyway".

Follow the installer. Default location is fine. Takes about ten seconds.

Open Allsignal from the Start menu or desktop shortcut. Drop an XER file on the upload screen.
