How the product works

From XER file to steering committee slides. Everything below happens on your laptop.

The path

Upload your XER file
Primavera P6 schedule export. Drag it in or browse. The parser reads every activity, relationship, calendar, resource assignment, and WBS node.
Parser validates and stores
Schedule data goes into an encrypted local database on your machine. Multiple periods stored side by side for trending. Nothing leaves your laptop at this step.
Six engines run on your data
Deterministic calculations. Not AI guesses. Same file, same engine, same answer every time. All six run locally.
Critical Path
Forward/backward pass. Float. Driving path.
Baseline Comparison
Current vs approved. Date variance. Slippage.
Float Analysis
Erosion trend. Near-critical count. Threshold breach.
Period Trending
Period-over-period movement. Direction. Acceleration.
Risk Inference
Schedule-derived risks. Impact ranking. Mitigation gaps.
Earned Value
SPI. CPI. EAC. Variance at completion. S-curve.
Results populate five panels
Each panel answers one question a project director asks. Finding at the top, evidence below, commentary at the bottom. Read top to bottom, act.
